Whispers from Below Tarot
I created Whispers from Below Tarot from my iconic “bird girl” image. I wanted to create a deck that drew inspiration from my dream realm and the netherworld! As a lover of all things mystical and esoteric I poured my heart and soul into creating this deck over the last two years!
Whispers from Below tarot follows the traditional tarot format and includes seventy-eight cards in total that consist of both the major and minor arcana!
When I started this deck I had never worked with digital art before. So as I created these cards, image by image I was learning my medium. When the deck was finished I had a moment where I thought maybe I would go back and redo some of those early cards. When I sat down and actually thought about it I realized I enjoyed those early cards. I now love looking through this deck and seeing how my skills and techniques grew and expanded over the many months it took me to finish this project. I hope you enjoy seeing this progression as well!
Each deck has a hard box with top and bottom pieces to keep your deck safe! Box is coated in a gloss finish and shrink wrapped.
Cards are about 4.5x2.5 in size and are on 350GSM paper. The cards are a nice weight and slick! They slide nicely between each other and make shuffling easy!
